Dravid is at the top, because only top 8 teams are involved. Ganguly and Tendulkar were notorious for milking small teams like Zimbabwe, Namibia and Kenya in WC 2003. I seriously think that in ODIs Sachin relents to pressure situations so many times. But in tests he is OK. It proves that Dravid is the MOST VALUABLE PLAYER over the decade battling against tough sides in toughest of places
